ARES Kar98K Spring Steel Plate

ARES Kar98K Spring Steel Plate
Description
The Karabiner 98 Kurz is a carbine version of the Gewehr 98 from World War I. “Kurz” is an abbreviation of the German word, and it is more commonly known as the Kar98K. This legendary bolt-action rifle was originally issued to the German army during World War II. Although designed in 1935, its reliability and accuracy mean that the Kar98K can still be seen in the hands of honor guards and guerrillas in Third World countries today.
The ARES Kar98K is a faithful replica of this legendary rifle. Not only is 95% of its metal parts made of stainless steel, but it also features a beautifully crafted laminated wood stock, giving it a robust and durable feel, just like a true combat rifle. Like the real thing, the ARES Kar98K also boasts a smooth bolt action, a hallmark of this rifle.
Unlike most ARES bolt-action air rifles, the Kar98K uses a direct-feed system similar to the Amoeba STRIKER series, making the internal action more realistic. The rifle comes with a 20-round magazine, and all accessories are housed in a sturdy plastic case. If you’re looking for a rifle suitable for WWII reenactments, role-playing, or even as a stylish wall decoration, this is definitely the right choice for you.
